  • The return request is made within 14 days of purchase.
  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a change of mind
Return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
We appreciate your understanding.

If the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect item, etc.)
We will gladly take care of all shipping costs.
All situations will be assessed based on our standard procedures.

Refund
Once your item arrives back to us, we will gently inspect it and notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the process to complete.

Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Products returned after 14 days
